Cancellation Policy
This Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings made for services provided by Go 2Gether, including group travel, events, and activities. Please read this policy carefully, as it outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations, refunds, and any associated fees.
1. Cancellation by the Customer
A. Cancellation Timeframe
To cancel a booking, you must inform Go 2Gether at least X days prior to the event or trip date. The following cancellation charges apply based on how far in advance the cancellation is made:
More than 30 days before the event/trip date: Full refund of the advance paid, minus a small processing fee (typically 5-10% of the total cost).
15–30 days before the event/trip date: 50% refund of the total booking cost.
7–14 days before the event/trip date: 30% refund of the total booking cost.
Less than 7 days before the event/trip date: No refund; the full amount paid is non-refundable.
B. Special Considerations
For certain special events (e.g., holidays, peak seasons, etc.), the cancellation policy may differ. Customers will be notified in advance at the time of booking.
Any non-refundable deposits or fees paid at the time of booking (such as for custom travel packages) will not be refunded.
2. Cancellation by Go 2Gether
While we strive to provide exceptional services, there may be situations where we need to cancel a trip or event due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, force majeure events, government regulations, or insufficient bookings.
In the event of a cancellation by Go 2Gether, you will receive one of the following:
Full Refund: If the event is cancelled by Go 2Gether and no alternative date can be provided, we will offer a full refund of the total amount paid.
Reschedule Option: If the event is cancelled but can be rescheduled, you will be offered the opportunity to transfer your booking to the rescheduled date without additional charge, or receive a full refund if you prefer not to attend the rescheduled event.
3. Cancellation Process

Please include the following information in your cancellation request:
Booking reference number
Full name of the primary contact person
Event or trip name and date
Reason for cancellation (optional)
Once we receive your cancellation request, we will send you a confirmation email outlining the cancellation charges and refund details (if applicable).
4. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds can take 5–10 business days depending on the payment method and bank processing times.
Important Notes:
In case of cancellations, the processing fees (if any) and bank charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.
For payments made via UPI or bank transfers, refunds will be initiated only after the cancellation request has been confirmed.
5. No-Show Policy
If you fail to show up for a booked event or trip without prior cancellation or notice, no refund will be issued. This includes missing flights, transportation, or other arrangements made for you by Go 2Gether.
6. Exceptions to the Cancellation Policy
Certain circumstances, such as medical emergencies, natural disasters, or government-imposed restrictions (e.g., lockdowns), may be considered for exceptions to this policy. Go 2Gether will review each case on an individual basis and may allow for partial refunds or rescheduling. Documentation of the situation may be required.
7. Force Majeure
Go 2Gether will not be liable for any delays or cancellations caused by unforeseen events outside of our control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, storms, etc.)
Government restrictions or travel bans
Acts of terrorism or war
Civil unrest or strikes
Pandemics or epidemics (e.g., COVID-19)
In these cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide alternatives, but no refund will be issued if the event or trip is cancelled due to force majeure.
